Sisder’s quality control follows the principle that control quality from root and apply a scientific management system to prevent any problems appearing in manufacture procedures and ultimately up to the standard of TQM. In order to strengthen quality management and indoctrinate quality idea into each producing procedure to have better quality, Sisder past the ISO9001 quality management system certification easily on 2003.

Doctor Li’s manufacture factory was finished in 2000, which is in the beautiful tour city Zhaoqing with a total proportion up to 28，000 square meters and fifteen million investment.The building of the factory applies the color armor plate with a separate spacing design resulting in the efficacies of resisting dust、bacterial、fire、pollution; the fitment of floor is up to the International hygiene and American FDA standard; the circularity angle structure design totally up to the standard of GMP about food and health products; the decontamination workshop installed 100,000 degree decontaminating air conditioning device with air filtration and ozone disinfection function, which keeps the exterior surrounding in a relative plus pressure to control the temperature, humidity, dust and bacterial effectively. Such a stable and undefiled environment provides a necessary condition for the high quality.

All Sisder’s products have been inspected and tested strictly during the whole producing procedure from raw material to finished goods. First of all, to make sure the quality of raw material, we established a supplier management system and evaluate and assess our suppliers on time; Secondly, to make sure the quality during storage, all the raw materials are stored in the warehouse with suitable temperature and humidity and being inspected and controlled strictly all the time. Thirdly, the special installed pure water disposal instrument provides all the producing needed water through colophony hydronium trading, filtrating and UV sterilization three steps for a further quality control from root. Plus every producing procedure from raw material, confecting, filling to packing has special QC sampling and testing to make sure the quality no change before going to next step, and all the products must pass a quality and microorganism test before storing in warehouse.
